This building has enormous potential but the management and the owners just dont care at all and it shows. How you’re supposed to do that when you work early mornings and office hours? The trash chute has a recycling “option” and it doesn’t work of course You can only take your recycle garbage to the “recycling box” before 5pm. Airbnb and other short term rentals having loud parties and fights all the time (there are crazy parties going on until 7am on Wednesdays and the management or security does nothing even though residents complain throughout the night) The building is "not supposed to allow short term rentals". Package room is closed on Sundays so you can’t get your package at all between Saturday 5pm and Monday morning since they don’t let carriers upstairs even though you allowed that Most of the time they have no idea what they are doing and everything is made harder than it needs to be Most of the employees are rude and have never heard of a smile. Management and customer service is absolute garbage. Half of the weights are stolen and every single machine or dumbbell is at least a little broken. The management doesn't put money on fixing the building and its amenities. Do not believe when your rental agreement says there’s a pool included in the lease! I thought so and heard after moving in that the pool has been empty for years The pool is empty and the whole pool area closed. Now possible to get an apartment for a good price However there are numerous things that are absolutely ridiculous and making living here so much harder than it should be. I like my apartment a lot it’s very high. I have lived in this building for a year now.
